Throughout the Earth, rescue groups gather to assist terrestrial beings in their delusions and madness. These teams are composed of beings of different constitutions and appearances, yet all are brothers, for one God is the Creator Father of all things.

The intraterrestrial cities temporarily receive spirits rescued from various planetary calamities and also from fratricidal and cruel wars for the rest necessary for psychic equilibrium and care of wounded, shaken, and often disturbed spiritual bodies affected by the barbarity they have faced.

Temporary Aid Stations built on the outskirts of intraterrestrial cities lovingly receive sick beings from the surface so that, later, their Guides can lead them to places where they can be evaluated and follow the destiny they have chosen: renewal or exile.

Activities multiply as the days of horrors that befall humanity advance. War consumes precious energies of the planet and exposes humanity to further imbalances and madness making it even more difficult for victims and perpetrators to find fraternity and harmony with Divine Laws.

The waves that travel through space – groans carried by the wind – of sadness, perversions, hatred, grievances, and resentments circulate freely throughout the globe reaching hearts in all planetary quadrants. And he, who has not prepared himself, developing faith and trust in God's Designs through the practice of Christian brotherhood, charity, love, and forgiveness taught by the Divine Governor of the Earth, finds himself swept away by the dark waves, by the dense rays laden with perverse and inferior feelings.

Chaos spreads swiftly. Misunderstandings and aggressions multiply among family groups perpetuating hatred, dissension, revolt, and rebellion, increasing the number of "leftists of Christ."

Brothers of the surface, the intraterrestrial cities have developed throughout the globe, anonymously, as an impulse for evolution offered by the Exalted Creator Father, Perennial Light, and we take advantage of every chance we have to perfect our soul through the tuning fork of divine chords, of the Eternal and Sidereal Laws that govern life in all of God's universes.

We perfect our cities, our bodies and our souls! Invited to come and join you during these difficult days of planetary transition, we offer our best to assist you.

We have researched and studied your tastes and tendencies, so that all who deserve to enter the happy cities we inhabit will not be shocked upon meeting us.

We are friends and brothers, and we lovingly extend our hands in the name of the Father, in the name of the Son Jesus.

The Earth has entered a new phase of disturbance and transformation!

Waves of hatred, sadness, fear, violence, and barbarity are further increasing the density that already envelops the entire globe. And as you are living through a moment of planetary transformation, this density returns to you in the form of the catastrophes you are experiencing, which will become increasingly intense, overcoming, by the force of Nature, your pride, your folly in not fulfilling God's Laws.

The more you harm yourselves, the more you will suffer! Action and reaction!

The Earth's Light centers receive reinforcements from workers of Christ's army to remain active in assisting the earthy in both planes of life.

Unite in the love of God taught by Jesus, for only through love will you achieve redemption.

The rebels will depart from Earth to begin a new journey of suffering and purification for their backward souls, and those who, awakened, work for their own renewal, will reach the New Earth that is already dawning on the horizon.
