To our spiritual eyes, in the astral plan of the Earth, the wounds provoked by violence cause necrosis, becoming an atmosphere of ideal culture for virulent creatures to multiply, under the Beast´s command and in the matter as the most several diseases that intrigue and surprise the specialists of the medicine.

The prisons, which we told you to be the alerting sign (see Div. nr 11), as true gunpowder barrels has exploded, and as weren´t contained on time, the force of the explosion is demolisher.

Fear centuple in the hearts and no longer there´re material means to stop the demolisher force that from there spills on the society, once that "diabolical plots" create "Criminal Fortresses" in those places and allow no more allow control by Authorities.
