Many of you came from puddles of astral and now are facing the hard and painful terrestrial battles. You must take care of those unhappy ones suffering too much, once they had the same opportunities, but let them slip.

That the understanding of yours happy state, as spirits on the road of regeneration impels them to fraternal task presenting to the neighbor each drop of energy lovingly.

Love one another without exception.

Offer your hands to the neighbor.

Help the upset minds.

Feed the hungry men.

Cure the wounds.

Teach the pardon.

Thus, gradually, you will have your tunics whitened and forgetting that time when your souls asked fraternal help.
