Under the engagement of "Spirits of excellence" embodied in the European Continent and through the supervision of other so many Representatives of Master Jesus, linked to spiritual colonies adjacent to the planet, in the middle of century XVIX appears the newest revelation known as the "Spirits Doctrine."

That doctrine should allow to the embodied spirits, the access to the psychic phenomena, until that time knowledge restricted to some "beginners".
